Man! These Accords Look HOT Lowered ... BUT
I'm afraid that I will make the car ride too stiff - I purchased my 97 Accord SE Coupe for the comfort, but I would like to make it handle better without making it feel like it's on RAILS. I made that mistake with my CRX - Now I'm selling it because it is not comfortable anymore (Especially on these shitty Pennsylvania roads). If the roads were smooth, I would keep the car, but PA is ***-backwards. So ... Any suggestions would be cool
Lowering my car would be fine if I could keep the ride comfortable.

there is a ton of spring/shock options you can get to keep a factory like ride comfort. The Accord has a much longer wheelbase than the CRX so you wont lose as much ride quality, and the bounce will be at a minimum with any decent springs. Ive got Jamex springs on stock shocks and the ride is great, Im sure others on the board will chime in with what they have.
soft ride and handling on rails... are not synonymous with one another,
i have yet to hear "wow man i pilled 1.25G on the skid pad and i can go over a RR x-ing smooth as silk"
no such thing

I'm pretty sure I've already said this in one of your last posts...
I have eibach sportlines w/ stock shocks, and my car handles MUCH better
than before. The ride quality is still good as long as I stick to smooth roads. If I had
to drive on very bumpy roads everyday then I don't think I'd keep em on until I get
some good shocks.

your stock struts should be fine, but if you want a ride that is "supreme", i would suggest getting gas shocks/struts (they don't have to be adjustable). at least for me, they work great on my ground controls. my car sits right at about 2'' and is track drivable.

And PA is the ****. Roads may be a little weak but around me (and more south towards DE) there is some great driving to be had. Guess it all depends on your pleasure.
correct... i can set my Tein SS to soft, making the ride really plush... many people that have ridden in it can't believe its so plush and its dumped 3"...
HOWEVER, its not good for handling, lots of body roll, and i bottom out like crazy... so I normally run close to the stiff side... but the good thing 'bout my coilovers is that i can adjust my damping...

You could try installing strut bars in the front and rear to the car...it should help you with your turning radius and you could get by on that until you decided to get a spring/shock setup.
