Skunk2 Adjustable coilovers from ebay -- from JDM-IN-STOCK. You can make the ride height whatever you want.

From experience, I can tell you that the Skunk2 springs are a little stiff. My setup is Ground Control with the Skunk2 springs. They give me about a 2.5" drop. They fly true, but can be a little rough.
From what I've heard, for any good range of preferred drops, Ground Control coilovers coupled with Koni Yellows are good. Look into those.
