Unfortunately with this image (being that it's definitely not a vector image), it will distort as you scale it up. There's no avoiding it, it'll turn out like a blurry mix of white and red.

sorry bro NO ONE WILL EVER DO THIS FOR YOU...cuz its not possible at least with PS its godda be done in a Vector Format.
