D15B axle help
I have a crx HF with the original engine torn out and a d15b non v-tech . the axle went bad while i was driving and i had to replace it. i tried the hf axle, the dx/si axle and they dont work, any suggestions???This is a JDM engine
i tried the dx/si axle. the shaft was too long, and the transmission end was too round, it was wider as far as the housing. the axle end looked pretty similar. i tried the hf axle, it was the closest and it ran with it fine but eventually i had to get out and tighten it every 100 feet and it would make a grinding noise like it was not catching. possibly it could have been the hf just bad axle? i got it refurbished but sometimes thats not the best

If you're using the same transmission, then just get HF axles. If you're getting them from somewhere besides Honda, sometimes you'll have to try 3-4 sets before you find one that works.
