sorry if this is really long......alright heres my problem i drove my car on a short 45 min drive to the lake and back i was following a civic hatchback on the way back and we were doin about 130-160 the hole way back (45 mins-ish) so i get home and i notice my car running weird... I let it sit for a bit and started it back up and all i see what white smoke coming outta the exhaust kinda the same idea as when you seafoam it but it doesnt seem to smell sweet my dad looked at it and things the rings are gone it doesnt seem to be loosing lots of coolant but it consitantly smokes other then for when you shift gears.....and im also over heating so i was thinkin my thermostate is cooked but that shouldnt be the reason why im puffing out consitantly white smoke?? thanks guys

guess its time for a new motor

 

Headgasket. Doesn't take a lot of water/coolant to make it smoke.
