Default B18B Hesitation Problem

Hey everyone, I have a 95 civic, with a Frankenstein B18B.
The Motor has Type R pistons with eagle rods, Brian crower cams, Light weight fly wheel, Brian Crower Dual Titanium Valve Springs, OBX 4-2-1 Header, Bored Throttle body, and a Unorthodox racing Lightweight Underdrive Pulley.

My problem is the car hesitates or misfires pretty bad and quite frequently. The problem first started a couple weeks ago and while driving it around to try to diagnose what was causing it, the car just died and would not start again. I found that this was because the coil was loosing connection to the distributor and the car was loosing the spark. I had an MSG ignition coil just sitting around so I hooked it up and the car started fine and ran great for about 5 minutes. Then the car just started hesitating or misfiring. I found that if the car was under 3,000 rpms the hesitation was much less frequent. The hesitation will also increase if I try to get on the gas. So I figured maybe this coil was old and not running properly so I ordered a replacement stock coil. Put it in and again the car ran great for about 5 minutes before starting to hesitate again. I'm thinking that as something inside the motor heats up it stops working properly but I'm really at a loss.

Thanks in advance for the help

-Ian

New plugs and wires may help.

Yea the cel is on, but it was on when I bought the car about three weeks ago. It ran fine for me when I test drove it and when I drove it home (about 40 miles). I think the previous owner said it was because he replaced the o2 sensor or becasue I dont have one or something like that. I checked the spark plugs and they look brand new just about as clean as they can get so I dont htink thats the problem either.
