-fuel gauge doesn't go all the way down when fuel runs out
-when i refill gas the "fuel gun" in the gas station will cut after 3/4 refill.

What's wrong with the car? I took the sensor out and it's working.

Please help me.

 

You may have a ventilation problem? that would be my thought and only idea if its only filling up part way.

 

Have you let the car sit for a long time at all? I'm thinking maybe you have nasty/massive sludge/gunk in your tank. It doesn't always happen but it does. The gas just tends to harden to goo and build up. It takes up more volume in your gas tank. That, or you have a raccoon stuck in there.

 

so i guess that can explain my fuel gauge not working properly as well heh?

How much gas are you putting in? I'm unsure if you're saying you only put in 3/4 of a tank before the filler cuts out (~7-8 gallons) or if you're putting in a full tank (10-11 gallons) but the gauge only shows 3/4? If the latter, you've got a bad gauge or sender - how did you test the sender? There's a procedure (only have the teg version here):

Check resistance at full, halffull and empty positions:

Full: 2-5 ohms
Halffull: 23.5-39.5 ohms
Empty: 105-110 ohms

Make sure that resistance changes smoothly as the float moves.

The gague test is such:

Check the voltage between the black/white and yellow/white terminals of the sending unit. Should be between 5 and 8 volts.

If it's in spec, jumper the black/white and yellow/white wires at the plug. Make sure the gauge moves towards full, but stop before it gets there!

 

tested the gauge, works perfectly. Let's make it more clear. When i tried to fill my tank when it's empty. All i can pump is $25. I took the fuel pump and fuel sensor out and there's nothing stuck in there
