Default quick question....

I have a b20 right, I want to do a b20 vtec, what head would you guys really recommend me getting for a good all motor setup, thanks

yeah I know that, but which head would you recommend, b16a, b18c1, c5, ect.

most people use a b16 vtec head you will also need to wire in the vtec and get a vtec ecu

yeah I know about all the wiring and stuff, it's just like a mini me swap, i've done it befor, just never really messen with dual-cams befor, my first head swap on a dual cam and want to try to get the best I can get

As far as performance I'd go with the ITR or CTR. Though they cost a lot.

If you're on a budget (which you probably are), I'd go with the GSR head. The B16 head is better designed for top-end while the B20 makes its power down low - I'd go with the GSR for a more balanced power-band.

Well yeah i'm on a budget but it's not like ima put the head now, so ill probably like you said go with the itr or ctr, I didn't understand why everyone kept telling me b16 would be the best when I knew that an itr or ctr would be best, but since I don't have experience on this to much I went ahead and asked so someone experienced with this could help me out with a good response, thanks

flip a coin. heads, b16. tails, gsr. if it lands on end, itr/ctr.
