Default Balance SHaft Eliminator kit spacer

I was installing this and it seems to be narrower than the stock balance shaft pulley as well as the key doesnt seem to want to go past it without being tapped in with a hammer. Anyone have this issue at all ?

its ok if the keyway is alittle tight, but as for the spacer, it has to be the same width or things will get messed up. just use the old pulley on the crank

What kit do you have? I have a Kaizenspeed kit, but it's not installed....looks good though.

You could take the stock balancer pulley and cut/grind off the outer ring and it will be a spacer. I've had mine like that for years....
