Like the title says, thought I'd get a WTB going. Looking for a reasonably clean base for a new ride.

I have a 1999 Four Door Civic LX black primer, auto to manual, gsr bottom end, b16 head, crower stg 2 cams, fake recaro srd seats, si gauge cluster, 5 misc gauges on the inside in cf clusters, lowered on 16" nippon wheels. I know that this is a very vague description but I will add more info if your interested. I am in Iraq right now and have limited access to a comp. The car is locked up in the garage at the house. I am wanting to start with a completely diff. platform when i get back. The car is a low 14 sec car. It pulls harder than my old swapped eg that ran a 14.3 with no 1st gear traction.
