HEY I JUST BOUGHT A 99 HONDA CIVIC EX FROM THIS OLD COUPLE THAT HAD IT SENCE IT HAD ZERO MILES ON IT THEY TOOK GOOD CARE OF IT EXCEPT THE LADY WHO DROVE IT LOSSEND UP THE REAR AND FRONT BUMPER I THINK SHE MIGHT HAD HIT SOMETHING BUT NOT HARD I TRIED TO TIGHTEN THEM BOTH CAN ITS NOT WORKING CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT HERE AND SHE ALSO CRACKED THE FRONT BUMPER A LIL CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THAT TOO?

well the front bumper has a screw on each side what i did was remove the oem junk and got sum washers and new screw with nuts and just placed where oem ones were.. that helped me!! about the cracked bumper.. just get a new one!

You can always remove all the hardware take the bumper off the car and check to see if any of the holes or tabs are ripped

as long as the washer's bigger that the hole in the fender itll work!

Uhm i dont know if you ever visited Milwaukee but are streets are fucked and if a shoe lace was holding my bumper it would rip as soon as i take off.

when finding new scres make sure that they fit nice when screwing them in. If the scres are a little bit too small fot the girl part (what they are screwing into) then they will just come loose again. and for the hole in the bumber...you could bondo it or something but it would be better to just by a new bumber. I'm pretty sure bondo would work on the plastic bumber...???

u dont put the new screw on the stock "girl", u need a new nut also, thats for that screw, and some washers so it wont go through!!!

or...you could follow steve2000's idea which seems like the perfect way to make it fit nice and tight. Replace the plastic clips with some nuts and bolts.
