What tune ups are needed?
So you don't need the regular 15,000/30,000/45,000/60,000 mile tune ups? I change the oil and filte and that is about it. I'm just curious because I got the 100,000 mile warranty and don't want to void it be not doing a required tune up or something....
You should have gotten a maintenance book with the car. That will tell you what services are needed and when. Always have a certified mechanic (not sure if it needs to be a "Honda" certified mechanic or just a ceritified mechanic) do the services and sign your book. This is the best way to ensure your warranty. Also, keep ALL your receipts.
Just my opinion from past experiences.

I don't really worry about those markers. A couple of them have major things like sparks and cabin air filters that I will have them do. The others are stuff that usually get changed anyways (tires, balances, intake filter ect..)
