Default Removing emission controls

I bought my 2001 Accord in California, which has very strict emissions controls. I now live in Florida. What, if anything, can I remove or modify to increase engine performance/mileage?

If I tell you, you would be polluting the planet now wouldn't you? And adding to global warming. Making each summer hotter and hotter. Try not to mess around if you're not doing any track events.

You also said you lived in Cali, which most, if not all, Accords come with ULEV engines. F23A4. They are sensitive engines. their main purpose is to have low emissions. Messing too much can turn on the CEL.

Anyways, I thought Florida was pretty strict too. I wouldn't reccomend doing anything to the emissions control. Most people just do test pipe.
