Fuel Filter Relocation
Anyone ever tried to relocate their fuel filter? I'm wondering if there is a kit for us Accord guys, because ours are way too difficult to get to.
I'm looking around , but all I see is a ton of different oil filter relocation kits, which is ridiculous seeing as thats easy enough to get to.
This may be another thing I have to make myself. Thinking of just forming a company around all these custom pieces I'm creating for the car!

if you see the Accord FAQ, it would show you. It is below the master cylinder. Follow the rubber fuel hose from the fuel rail. A B**** to take out.
Word. Yea, I was just at Napa and they have a ton of fuel hard lines ready to go. The guy was telling me that this new material they made these from allows you to make bends by hand without a tubing bender. He said that they were all in the back one day bending the shat out of one trying to kink it, and it wouldn't kink up. Pretty amazing. I'll be using a bender though.
I removed my cruise control module and cables, so there's a huge free spot on the firewall, right up top that's super accessible. Easy enough.

if you do go through with the relocation, it would be nice to see a write-up on it. I'm sure others will find it informative since it's such a PITA to replace in it's current location.

I realize that this is ancient and I remember looking at this thread years ago but I actually did relocate my filter on my 1994 Accord Wagon recently. I made a video on it here:
I put it where the fuel filter usually is on Civics and CRVs. I'm also in the process of making videos on how to relocate the f22b2 external ignition coils without having to make an extension harness as well as wiring vtec into a 1994-95 Accord LX. I love doing things like this and there will always be more to come.
