Im using AEM cam gears with SK2 stage 1s. When lining up the marks on the cam gears i want the TDC mark to point straight up on both cam gears with the marks lining up on the inside of the cam gars. In order to position them this way will i have to play with the cams normally ? I think i have it but want to be positive about this.

Yeah it can be a little tricky but should be too badd. Just make sure your not off a tooth. You can see that bye eye. Also when you get the T-belt set rotate the motor over by hand 360 degrees and make sure everything lines back up and you should be good to go

ok i understand you. My only concern now is this manual tensioner, i found a writeup along time ago (when i bought all the parts for this) which used a few more parts than all the writeups i see now. I have it on however im alittle puzzeld still on how this tensions the belt exactly.
Ill post up some pictures when im done this project, should be next weekend or maybe alittle before that.

When you tighten the 14mm bolt is locks the pulley in place so it can't move
That's how all the H23 nonvtec's are aswell as the B series motors(minus the balancer belt)
