The light on the drivers side front , just above the bumper is burned out , its a blinker/4way light that sits just outboard of the headlamp. I see a plastic bracket on top of the casing but i cant seem to get at the bult or remove the lense casing. What am I missing?

Instructions are in the owner's manual. It is held in place with one philips screw on top, then pull lens out.
