Default My DIY Weather stripping repair

As you can see from the pics, the weather strip on the doors looked horrible. I decided to fix it by adding spot bondo, sanding it back smooth, primed then painted. After a few months it was still holding up really good but I decided for some extra protection I'd apply blackout tape Sorry car is a little dirty. I'm very happy with the results.

Thanks. Something I didn't mention.... the trick is to get the spot bondo as smooth as possible before applying the tape. The tape is thin so it won't cover cracks or bumps, they will show. After I sanded the spot bondo, spraying primer really helped me see any pits or bumps left I had to sand out
