Default 90 sedan ex(tail lights stay on)

so I went out to my car cuz I had plans to go out. I push the button for my alarm and nothing happens so I was like god damn alarm.(ive had prolems with it in the past) so I open it with the key and turn the igniton and nothing no spark doesnt turn over once. so I jumped it with my moms civic. and I guess the battery was completely drained. my brake lights are stuck on the one mode. doesnt matter if the car is off the brake lights are still on. what could this be I need my car tomorrow
