maintenance. Changing all the fluids...

For engine oil, I felt a little more power from using Full synthetic 10W30. I use Quaker State Horsepower. Good stuff in my opinion. I also use Bosch Oil filters. Fram ones SUCK!
Tranny fluid use Honda's ATF. But it's up to you.
I know some older Accords, 6th gen and below have EGR ports. So clean those up. Not sure what car you have. If you check the Accord FAQ, there are DIY write ups.
Lighter wheels are always good to have.
Clean up your fuel injectors. Maybe actually give to those people who tunes them up. I saw an AD on Honda-Tech but forgot.

Anyways, maintenance is the best way to get some HP and response. You could always try grounding kits.

more power from a differnet oil is pure BS you would be LUCKY if your HP increased by .1 but hey if you want to waste your dough on expensive synthetic oil, be my guest. In my 21 years of driving cars, I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD AN ENGINE DIE DUE TO OIL ISSUES.

btw, doing regular engine / car maint does not give you any more HP, it keep your car running at it's best and not loosing any power that the engine would NORMALLY create or what would get to the wheels.
