I think that you should turn off caps lock and use sentences.

Your ride is your styling. For me, I would like to keep it on the 16's maybe 17's. Keep the cost of changing my tire low. Lightness is one of the factors too. Since Honda's cars are mostly FF and the engine's torque are not too amazing, lighter wheels can make a difference. But yea, my opinion. Your ride, your deal.
Just to remind you, don't drop it too low. You might not make it over some ditches, speed bumps or hills.
