Default OBD 1 conversion ?'s

I'm currently in the process of doing a B16A swap into my 90 model std hatch. I am converting the engine to OBD 1 as well so I can run Hondata. Is there a wire on the back of the factory cluster harness that send the vss signal to my ecu. If so instead of completely wiring up and obd 1 vss could I not just run that wire to the p28 conversion harness and be done?

all you need to do is get an obd0 to obd1 conversion harness (from rywire) and convert it from dual point to multiport (hasport: EFDX-Si). the jumper harness (obd0-obd1 from rywire) will add the wires for vtec. the vss will already be taken care of

I'm also wanting to run saturated injectors, so I would need to convert the engine harness as well correct?

stock injectors are saturated anyway, so it's no different as far as injectors are concerned.
