i kno what it is,...and im going to try and do a valve adjustment monday but..how severe can this problem get. i bought the car with valve tap and im swapping in an ls into my eg but not for a few months(motors being built)..im taking my car to college next friday..which is about 3-400mi away. ive never had any problems with it at all..im basically wondering like..if the adjustment does nothing how severe can the problem get...i have no idea of im making sense..

any helps appreciated

 

It can only get worse...never better. Valve adjustment with a COLD motor and if that doesnt help, better pray it lasts til the LS.
