Default Would you buy this 2000 TL ????

I'm looking at buying a 2000 tl with navigation. It has 150K on it. It had a new transmission put in it at 100K. So 50 K on the new tranny. It has a check engine light on right now for the EGR. He is going to have that fixed before I buy it. The car overall is in really good shape interior almost looks new. The exterior has a couple of dings and scratches but nothing major at all. It has all new tires on it. They are 2 months old. All maint has been done at correct time. Iv'e been told that the TL trannys are not the best and thats my only concern. I spoke with the dealer and he said it should be fine since it has 50K on it with no problem. Is there anything I need to do when I test drive it? He is firm at $6400 after he gets the CEL taken care of. What do you guys think? Thanks for any replys

Nobody can vouch for the car and how it will hold up with that many miles.
price seems reasonable but for my 99 tl blk/blk with navi and 86k I'm only asking 9.5

Long as it drives well that seems like an awesome price.
