Hi, another stupid question from an idiot.

I recently ordered (and should be receiving today) a totally awesome GPS/Music server/dvd/everything head unit.

I have a 1991 Civic and I know nothing of wiring or such and I've been searching like hell to simply find out.

Does a 1991 Civic have a Vehicle Speed speed sensor/pulse wire? I saw in one review it specifically has to be that and not the tachometer wire.

Would appreciate an answer, thank you.

 

I believe it comes off of the gauge cluster and goes to the ECU. Not sure where it would be easier for you to tap into it from though depending on your GPS install.
