Default question about copying my custom manifold dimensions.

Ok. So I have a manifold and everything is great with it except I would not mind repositioning the wastegate a little bit and changing to a v band flange for the 44mm gate I run (currently I am using an adapter flange from atp). I also would like to re-make it with some bigger primaries.

This leads me to the part I am curious about and this seems to be the forum for it.

Is is possible to make a jig or measure this manifold up to keep the flanges and overall placement of the turbo the same so I dont have to change my charge piping, downpipe, return line, etc and remake it with the changes I want???

Edit: Btw, this is a tubular shorty similar in design to the lovefab mini-me. I also will add that this is not anyone's manifold but mine (not copying a production piece or anything ssauochrome-like), this is a custom piece I had made and now I want remade but the original welder of it is no longer around.

you can make a jig:

two manifolds made that position the turbo in the exact same spot:

I kinda figured you could but was not sure since I dont weld or fab anything like manifolds or what have you.

Now I just wonder if it would be cost effective to do that or modify the whole setup basically.

If one of you all (fab/ welders) were to do this would you charge me more to make a jig and remake the manifold or to do a new custom manifold, downpipe, and modified charge piping (generally speaking)?
