how to add ac on my 94 dx
i got most of the parts already. i just noticed that the plug for the condenser fan and
compressor is missing(can't find them). is it hidden somewhere or do i have to add
this wires in? i have a 94 civic with no ac. has anyone done this before? what are the steps to adding an a/c system to this car. pls help

no it is not missing.u will need a ac harness
the harness that conects to a plug which is near the passenger headlight
my 92 eg hatch dose not come with ac either.
i had to look for every part to get it work
first of all.check if u have ac evaporator thats mount under the passenger glove box...it is pretty simple.just plug and play...
make sure u have ac bracket with ac pulley.

AC was optional on some models. I know cx/dx for 96+ was given the option, but I think only 92-95 dx was given the option (no cx).
Otherwise if you have the evap core in the interior, someone just removed the AC, along with the plugs.

It was an option. My 93 DX Coupe had it, my 95 DX Coupe did not.

Ac was a dealer installed option for the 92-95 model years. it ran around 1k for the kit and install.

This is correct along with needing the pulley tensioner evaporator, condenser, hard lines and the button cover for the ac. Just remove the dummy plate on your climate control and snap in the switch cover the switch is already there.
