Need a P28 chipped ECU with JDM H22A BASEMAPS!!!!! I'll send paypal!
what's up everyone, well most of us have experienced the annoying bogging and CEL from the stupid knock sensor, Im looking for someone on here with the connection or experience to get me a P28 ECU chipped with the JDM H22A basemaps on it, I realize it won't be specifically tuned for my exact car but I'm just looking to have the stock P13 ecu bios but bypassing the knock sensor, any help would be awesome, just let me know what you want for it. Thanks
there is a for sale section.
also hondata does include basemaps with it's S300 editor, the H22 one isn't the greatest but you can find a decent on there forum.
Your not going to find the excat P13 coding for the P28 if it's that annonying to you, your gonna have to get a P28 chipped with the program of your liking and just tune the car, basemaps aren't meant to be driving on for long time or distances, mainly just to get you to the tuner/dyno to get tuned

if you are using crome, i'll send you my completely tuned (for my engine) map.
but you gonna have to fork out some money, i spent alot of time and money getting it right.

98vtec what mods do you have on your engine? Ive got just I/E and I'm assuming you have the USDM H22....not sure if it really makes a difference...I might be up for sending you some money for your maps and just sending them to this guy on ebay thats going to load them onto a chipped ecu for me, but I'm wondering how off your maps will be for my engine....Will the chipped ecu with basemaps still work like a stock ECU and make slight changes to A/F etc to get the most out of the engine??

i have i/h/e with a JDM h22a. The map has been dyno tuned and street tuned. It should run the car pretty damn good, but i would still recommend getting it retuned. If you send me your ecu, i can chip it and load the map. if you wanna discuss a price, pm me.

sounds good, all I have right now is the p13 jdm ECU, I was planning on just selling it and buying the P28 on ebay, unless anyone on here has one they wanna get rid of....

well, my personal opinion about this matter and not being about business, i wouldn't buy an ecu off ebay.
Why in the world are you going through this???
Why not just buy a new knock sensor and use your stock ECU.
If you have just i/e you have no reason to do this.......
The other option would be just doing it right and buying hondata/neptune and using a P28 for that.
I would contact Katman to see what he has.....
