1: i can't roll backthe moonroof back. it only pops up but can't slide back. if anyone who experience this issue and solve it let me know.

2: factory alarm won't lock, but only unlocks. i did the transmitter programing and still only can unlock. panic work still. when press panic button it alarms and when i press the lock key it turns off. i dont get it.

help is appreciated. btw warranty is voided also, sucks bad. let me know. thanks

 

Why is your warranty voided? How many miles do you have on your car?

 

yes its been hit on driver side and became salvage.

 

ok i found out the problem why the lock feature isnt working. i have a door light comes on and its from the trunk light. trunk light is not turning off because the sensor some how is not reading and thats why the door light pops up tell me the one of the door is not close. i understand maybe trying to lock the car with the factory alarm is not working because the door is not closed. how can i search for the sensor on the trunk? thanks
