Default H22A: Cam gears on stock cams

I was wondering if anyone has run Cam gears on stock H22A camshafts. The reason i am asking is i got an H22A swap and it came with cam gears on them, its in my car and running now but the intake is set at -3 and the exhaust is set at +2. The kid i got the swap from said that someone recommended those specs.

Im going to set them back to 0 and 0 obviously due to the kid having no proof at all its better but, just wondering if anyone had any information or has some dyno charts of some settings

run them at zero unless the dyno tells you otherwise.
