Can anyone help me with idling problem on a 99 hatch? Everytime I stop, the idle drop below 1000rpm or sometime it shut off completely. Any suggestion?

 

Last time you did a regular tuneup?

Distributor cap/spark plugs/wires, fluids?

 

try and reset the ecu
unplug the battery for 10 mins and then connect it back. start engine and let it idle for 5-10 mins and then shut off. then start and drive. it should be good otherwise try a tune up and check spark plugs.
