Not all that much different! Just a bit more power on corner exit and getting on the brakes a little sooner!
It does, but not from the stand point of a video.
I know a few people who had a SOHC motor in there car for along time. They swaped in a DOHC VTEC motor (60-80hp more) and went slower!
I am not sure if it was there driving style, or what but it took them a few weekends to get get faster.
I think videos from others are good for general lines, and entertainment. There is more then one way to drive any car fast. No one is better then the other in general terms. However for each driver they have the style thats best for them, and driving is the best way to figure out.
For example in the past my car, to me has had a problem with pushing. Another driver got in the car and couldn't believe how loose the car was. Same car same day an hour apart.
IMO the crx is one of the hardest hondas to drive at the limit. It has a super short wheel base which makes the car very twitchy. Not impossible to be extremely fast in a crx but it isn't an easy car to drive at the limit, not that any car is, but in comparison with other hondas it is generally regarded as the most difficult car to drive at the limit
This is all IMO, and YMMV

I was not looking for a tutorial...just some video for general interest....that's all. The CRX sounds challenging...just what I need...and the closer it feels to a KArt, the better, in my book.

Following a CRX at least. There's a better video out there I remember, but I'm having trouble finding it.

Are you going to be out at T-hill this weekend?
Are you going to be out at T-hill this weekend?
Hey Mike,
I wish I was, but my first time out with the new car will be at t-hill September 28th with NCRC. I need a day with a lot of track time to start getting sorted on the car. My next days after that will be the NCRC weekend in October. I need the tons of time a DE day can provide in order to get used tothe car. 8 20 min sessions is not enough. I will probably not be out with NASA again until 08. Again, I was not looking for tutoria...just curious to see who was running hihger powered CRX's out there. It seems that the car is naturally optimized for h4 and not H1, or better yet for FP in SCCA...
