can i put CTR pistons in my B16a block and be legal for honda challenge?

Default can i put CTR pistons in my B16a block and be legal for honda challenge?

just want to build a low buck motor and throw it into a low buck shell

saw these ctr pistons going for cheap and i have 2 bare 16a blocks chilling


as for h1 h2 h3 etc i dont care will i be eligible for anyone of those classes?

Do you have a copy of the rulebook? It sounds like you don't. Snag the rulebook, it is very easy to read and outlines the requirements and restrictions.

Short answer is 'yes'.

will be legal for HC, but you'd be in H1 with all the blingin' k's.

just get some B16 pistons and get a B16 engine put together and come play in H2

I think the B16 is "the" motor for H2 at the current 2250lbs weight. They can be built to &gt;170whp within the H2 rules which gives puts them right up there with the B18C5 and the H22 p/w ratio wise. Being lighter they should handle and brake better than the larger motors as well.

which is exactly why i'm running one in mine, and I got lucky and picked it up with I believe are already CTR Cams, ITR TB and ITR IM, all legal per HC rules....
