First time with a our SFWD Integra, 1/8 mile times with videos and carnage pics
To start of this is my first time driving a car with some decent power, I have experience racing, but mostly NA and nitrous Hondas.
The very first time out we take the car out to Irwindale Speed Way to try some 1/8 mile passes things didn’t work out so good
Two weeks ago on the first run I did a good burn out then pull up to the stageing lights to get ready to go, I got a little to excited and rushed it and ended up not setting up my preload as I should have, so I ended up grenading the trans. Twin Disks aint no joke LOL

So back to the shop and throw in a back up trans.
We head back out last week to try again and I actually got some passes down the track
First run I wanted to get a feel for the car so I granny shifter the car and also ended up spinning a lot of first

The second and third run, I lower tire psi and went at it a little harder

Feel asleep at the light on this one lol

Here is the video that my friend edited of the runs last week
and here is the video of it only with the dyno
I still need more seat time with this car and want to go at it harder and get some quicker shifts, but I was taking it easy for the first time out.
All of these pass were not on full power since we don’t have our boost controller working yet, so I’m of the waste gate 18psi around 480whp and our back up trans was a long geared LS tranny

Thanks. It was tuned on a Dynapack, so im sure its making less power than 480whp on other dynos, but for our first project and first time out I say it went, not to bad. Once we get the controller and GSR tranny going then we will lay down better power and get the higher trap speeds and lower times
