How much was all the hardware?

Do all the F22B1 valve covers say 2.2 VTEC?

Looks clean. What psi are you going to use?

Don't forget to have it tuned!

4:1 fmu, and 550's, that might be a bit of an over kill, do you have any idea how high your rail pressures will be? plus have you changed the fuel system other than the pump? If you still have the stock hosing and/filter/fittings the injectors will never see the amount of fuel that walbro is capable of pumping out...stay tuned i have ordered part one of my fuel system yesterday lines and fittings this is what i have planned:

ordered:

25' 1/2" annealed aluminum fuel tubing
necessary -8AN fittings to end on the line

need:
fuel pump
rubber hose
socketless fitting to go between pump and hard line
in-line aeromotive fuel filter with -8AN fittings
~13" of -8AN line to run between filter and fuel rail
aem fuel rail (mainly because it can accept a -8/-6AN fittings especially for my fpr)
preassure doesnt do much except cause exceess heat, they key is to be able to support the proper cfm's/gpm's/lph's(whatever volumetric flow units you want to use) to be able to keep the motor properly fueled

good luck man, keep us posted

550's???? Way too big. Use 450s with the AFC Hack and you should run trouble free.

Too much is better than not enough?? Ever heard of washing the cylinder walls?? It causes detonation just like being too lean. 550s can handle 22 psi easy, I doubt this guy will ever run this much boost on the f22. Go with 450s and the AFC Hack. Its easy and reliable.

too much is better than not enough dammit...i know too much fuel can cause detonation...BUT it would be easier to detonate with not enough fuel...

with a fpr and afc you can pretty much run whatever you want to...

Let me see. Just because the fuel injectors are larger, you automatically assume that they will use more fuel. Larger injectors only inject as much fuel as the ECU tells them to, so he could run 750cc fuel injectors if he wanted to. Remember, the fuel injectors recieve a signal for how long they should open. If the ECU reads rich, then it will automatically tell the new injectors to open for shorter amounts of time. So bigger is better than too small in this case.

this is true

but

at WOT the ECU is in open loop mode meaning it doesn't use the inputs...

so then you would have to lower the base fuel pressure with a FPR...which is very easy to do...

4:1 fmu, and 550's, that might be a bit of an over kill, do you have any idea how high your rail pressures will be? "
They'll be where I want them to keep a good 12:1 a/f ratio throught the rpm band. I dropped the base pressure with the AEM to ~25psi. If the 4:1 gives me too much fuel all I have to do is pull the vac line off. The fmax injectors wont be used unless I cant get my fuel dialed in w/ the VAFC. Got the connectors disconnected for the time being (afraid of the unequal fuel distribution FMAX has been know for)

Got the electric fuel pressure gauge in the glovebox to help me out.

that should work perfect
