Default Civic HX CVT - Lifespan?

I have owned a 1998 Civic HX since new. My wife (then gf) picked the car and insited on the CVT transmission (I didn't trust it).

Sure enough, the first CVT was replaced under warranty at 20k miles.

The car now has ~70k miles and I really don't want to go through swapping the transmission on this thing, especially when the this car should just be an infant in Honda years.

How much longer do I have, or should I jump ship now?
