89 Prelude Si!!!
I might be buying an 89 Prelude Si, does the elusive B20A fit into this generation prelude? Also, is there anything that can be done to the motor, besides boost, that can give it a bit more kick? Let me know what you older model prelude guys have done to your cars, pics would be awesome!!!!

Yes a B20A will fit (as long as it's not the accord B20A).
Not that much can be done all motor. Pretty much just pacesetter headers, LSD motorsports is doing their first group buy for an 2.25" SS catback exhaust, you can get reground cams if you know where to look. Raceeng.com has high compression pistons, though B16 pistons will fit with mods to your rods I believe.
There are H22 mounts made right now if you wish to swap. That's probably your best bet for all motor power.
Prelude B20s love boost, they will respond well to that.
For more info you might want to check out preludepower.com

Thanks for the info! I have another question, the B20A for the prelude, that wouldnt work with an auto transmission would it? I know you can buy just the engine from jdm engine sites for about 900 bucks with no transmission. Just curious, thanks again

Yes the B20A motor is made specifically for the 88-91 preludes. But you must know what year you have because there will be a difference in the wiring and intake manifold.
I am the Project Manager for most of the new aftermarket parts that is coming up now. Let me know if you have any question, but you really need to come over to http://www.preludepower.com and learn a lot for the 3rd gen lude.
