'92 Honda Accord - Instructions on replacing passanger side view mirror
As the title states, I'm looking for instructions on how to replace the passanger side view mirror. The mirror was smashed recently, and while it's still intact, it's very hard to see out of it due to all the cracks/bends etc..
If anyone could provide a link to where I can get some basic instructions on how to accomplish this I would appreciate it. Thanks!
ps - what does a replacement side view mirror cost?

Are you talking about the glass or the whole housing also? If you are just replacing the glass just yank it out and shove the new one. When you put the new one in it is going to feel like you are about to break it from all the force you need to pop it in place. That's fine, just push as evenly as possible across the whole mirror.
If you are talking about the housing and all then just pop off the trim piece opposite the mirror inside the car. You should see three nuts I believe and that's what you need.

Thanks - I was referring to just the glass part. Kind of wanted to confirm that the brute force is the only option here.
Thanks!
Thanks!
