K-pro (used ECU) = $900-1000
K-Pro (new ECU) = $1500
cost of tune depends on where you take it. i'd suggest you go to Church Automotive in Wilmington. at least i think that's where it is. Power is dependent upon mods. Also, its header, not headers. and Church can tune in about an hour or so. tuning is gonna cost in the hundreds so be prepared to drop cash

its really all personal preference. how far are you planning to go? if you're all motor and still want to be streetable, i'd recommend getting some stage 2 cams. Skunk2, IPS, Brian Crower, Toda, and Buddy Club all make very good stage 2 cams. with pistons, i'd recommend no more than 11.8 CR if you're still using 91 octane. RBC is probably the best OEM intake manifold when coupled with cams. get new connecting rods as well if you're getting pistons. upgrade fuel system, and get a 70mm TB from BDL or get yours bored out to 65mm then tapered to 70mm from maxbore.

Dude this kinda information is easy to find. Did you even bother to look? Seriously, go to http://www.hondata.com. Then to tune it you would have to call your local tuner if you have one, and ask them there prices.

for the threadjack
but to answer your question
yes, that is a pretty good price
seeing that a new one goes for around 280-300
the one your looking at is probably used

NTCustoms has a point ... this should be want your looking for more ... the mods your planning to do ... than look into your ecu ... how serious you are with your car will define what kind of a tune you will need .. so the question is do you want to stay street legal or fully built ... than you can go from there ...

that still doesn't answer the question. are you gonna go fully built? or do you want to stay street legal?

Ha! that is funny...you want to be street legal but you are running with a Jackson Racing Header in California...you are not longer Street Legal my EP buddie...I'd say go with the reflash if you are no longer getting more performance parts....but if you still are then go with K-Pro...There's alot of EP's that are modded with K-pro in your area on EPHatch...why don't you shoot them a PM...I'm pretty sure they'll help you out...

if you still want to stay "street legal," go with some OEM cams (Type R, TSX), they'll give you some more power over the RSX cams. also shoot for the RBC manifold to make use of your cams

With Type R cams won't he have to change out alot of the valvetrain since the EP3 i-VTEC is 2 lobe and the Type R is 3 lobe? And the next question I have is can he even rev high enough to take advantage of Type R cams, even with the addition of the RBC intake manifold?

alrite then the iTR cams will not work unless you change out the valvetrain. look into some stage 2 cams
