Im just searching the net and I cant find what wheels I have ! I bought them used !
They are 16x7 et 40.

Maybe Nippon Racing F2 ?
Im leaning toward Flik Blast, but they dont make 16x7 ! Only 15x6.5

Anyone know ?

Note the lack of cutout's around the holes (16x7 +45):

ya confirmed, and the stamped badge on the front spoke..
The spoons have thinner spokes as well as the cutouts... so do Rota's.

So whats left ? Flik Blast dont come in 16x7 ?? or do they ?

They're Speedy Wheels Racemode's without stickers or Drag DR-23's. I'll see if I cannot get a picture of them for you. They're not Flik's (sizing conflict).

lol, I have no problem with it. Just thought it was funny. I think the valve stem cutout pretty much narrows that wheel down. Definately flik's or speedy's. Who is to say that they are even manufactured by a different company? Look identical to me except one comes with stickers.

You have no idea if that is a picture of 16" wheels or not. They mass-used those images throughout their site, and you cannot predict whether or not they're of the right size.

So, like I said earlier, Speedy Wheels Racemode's (without stickers) or Drag DR-23's.

 

The drags seem very different in the area around the lugs. The holes between the lugs are different shape and layout. Speedy's without stickers it is.

 

They are not Drag, the inner oval shaped holes are cut differently...
even the stem hole area is cut differently

Once again, you don't know if that picture is of a 15" wheel or a 16" wheel. It shouldn't even be recognized as a credible picture for discussion, seeing as it was clearly made as an advertisement.

 

I understand your argument... but on a cheap wheel, do you think they would actually change the casting other than the size to change the diameter of the wheels?

They have to change the casting regardless, due to the change in wheel diameter. Do I think the castings are different? For sure they are.

Even if the castings are similar, all that does is prove that his wheels are Speedy Wheels Racemodes. Whether or not that's satisfactory to Rob, is beyond me, since I already proved that it can't be any other wheel out there.

Look at the valve stem cutout area too man !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I mean the wheel design itself. They wouldnt have a reason to change that other than the actual size of it to scale. Its totally different.

I'm leaning towards Flik Blasts, since I can't find any discernable differences that would prove they're not them. Either way, they're just another Spoon knockoff rim, so it shouldn't matter that much.

Clean them up a bit too. I doubt the paint on the wheels is original. That would throw the whole car off balance.
