Default Shed light on the truth about Cast Pistons & Knock offs parts

As the topic goes i was wondering if anyone might know the truth about the various cast pistons on the market these days such as Sparks, RS Machines and Nippon. Their are a few more, but I cannot name them off hand. The light i want to shed or if someone can help shed is; does Nippon really manufactor RS Machines piston and Sparks as well. I noticed how RS Machines states tha they have a private company who makes their pistons, so no these guys do not make these pistons out of shop. Many people have stated in theads about them RS Machines being hyped up Nippons packaged with Hastings or Arias rings. The reason why i ask is because if they are all the same, i might as well ****** a pair of nippons and call it a day, since they tend to be cheaper. Also, i found a nippon vendor who actually have floating pins and locks for the Nippons, so u don't have to spend the extra money with the machinist. Feel free to make comments people, because the more aware we are when it comes to manufactors that make money off of people in the Honda aftermartket area by hyping, the more we save. Alot of parts these days you can put side by side and see they are the same cast, just different labels. If you have info regarding other parts feel free to explain. BTW, now would be a good time to make aware of the knock off vendors and parts being sold, maybe posting pics. Last if you hav a knock off part and it work pretty close to the original let everyone know.
