Default Timing belt tensioner question

My buddy is going to be doing a timing belt and waterpump change for me so I was going toorder the parts online. He also told me to get a tensioner and spring, what does that mean exactly? I found the timing belt tensioner but I'm confused on what 'spring' to order. The is where I'm getting my stuff, http://www.acuraoemparts.com/d...y23=1. What is the spring I'm supposed to be ordering exactly? I see number 16 and number 20 both say spring, which one should be replaced when doing a timing belt change? Are there any other small parts like that I should get while I'm ordering this stuff and he is changing everything out?

Here is a VERY helpful link with a complete parts list needed for the job, and some parts that you may want to think about changing as well.

Good Luck!

Part number 16 is the spring in that illustration.
