Default OEM USDM Foglights for 1990 hatchback

Does anyone know if there were different brackets for the 88-89 foglights and the 90-91 foglights? I have a foglight set that is brand new in box all parts are accounted for. The brackets that I have don't even start to line up. They look like they are for a different bumper beam than the one I have. I know that the front ends of the 88-89 and 90-91 are different but the fog light set I have is labeled for a 91 so I thought it would work fine. But now I have the holes and wiring all set and ready to accept the foglights and the brackets will not work. So I need to know if anyone knows if there are two different brackets, if someone has a picture of theirs installed on a 90 or 91 or even an 88 or 89 it would help me out. I want to have it all oem and clean and not have to fabricate something if I don't have to. The foglights are brand new and so is everything else so I want it to be right. Thanks in advance.

Here's the 90-91 ones.

Here's where they mount on the support:

Even if I did, you wouldn't be able to get them from Honda anymore.

Got your PM, replied.

Already tried to get them a few years back, I'd forgotten that mine were still bolted to the bumper support upside-down.

They don't have 'em.
