anyone make brake booster brace for the 88-91 civic's?

If you push on it hard enough it WILL flex. Try this old post that is where I got mine I think they are long gone. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=811297 it was the only ED ones I have seen made. There are EF ones (I Think cusco)but only work for RHD cars.
