Default is my hatch worth saving

my bro gave me his hatch that he had bought from some ricer kid and he never did any thing to it so when he moved he gave me the car i was ganna buy a crx today but i decided not to cuz i allready got one car in my hous ive been trying to sell it but im ganna keep it now only thing im woried about is the rust wher my windshield is i think ther ganna have to pull out the windshield and replace all the metal i have a little rist hole on my roof i can bondo over and some more litle rust spot but i got no rust on my quarter panels at all only got a little by the hatch

thanks i guees now im ganna start fixing
im ganna need
1.motor and trany
2.left head light and cornors
3.front and rear bumper
4.some metal part that goes over bumper
5.bondo little rust
6.fix the rust on windshield
7.interior
8.aline front end
9.new tires and rims
10.paint
11.fix one weel stud

i was checking out all the rust on the car right now and i notict two major rust issues wher the roof meeets the hatch thers a little pocket wher water can get and like one inch of the right hand side of the little pocket area is realy rusted wind shield area aint that bad im going to the you pick wends day and geting my rear bumper and the corners and right light

14s i know ther ok they dont wait anythink i think ther philapatos or somthing like that my grannys niejabor has a set on his car lol old school lol

the rims are fittipaldi idk ther old school is the rust by the hatch hinges hard to fix

thanks man im ganna get a estiment on all the rust on the car soon thinking of picking up a motor this week two with a tranny on it how much should that set me back im thinking of just geting a d16 with a trany from a used motor place how much would that set me back 4 the motor and tranny
