Default guage cluster swap legal?
is it legal to swap a guage cluster in CAli? wondering, might want to do that to reflect how many miles on the new motor swap.....

I would try to get one close to the number of miles on the engine. I wouldn't want to expletive anyone over. But I don't know the legality of it.
