Default Links to interior sprucing?

The search is not working for me, but I figured I'd ask here. I remember a while back, a guy that had the "secret" to cleaning up the Recaro SRD's. Also, I saw a picture of what a guy did to his armrest to refresh the look. Does anyone have links, or can anyone point me in the right direction? I started detailing the R, but the damn passenger recaro is just so dirty, and ate up. And the arm rest is like "leather" from being rubbed against so much. I was just going to buy a new armrest topper, and swap my badge over, but then I remember this post about how to freshen it up. Anyone?

Search for seat cleaning, I bet it's not even in the archives yet. It comes up every now and then.

[shameless plug] I've got an armrest for sale if your's doesn't come clean [/shameless plug]

Oh, by the way Dave, I'll keep the armrest thing in mind. If I have to resort to that, then that is what I'll have to do.

There are a few others...

Basically what I found was Woolite or dish soap. A guy, Sifu has a set of PY Recaro's that he cleaned with Dish soap. Other than that, someone steam cleaned them too.

I remember the thread as well, it was using woolite and mixing with water, like 1/2 and 1/2 or something like that, I tried searching too but couldn't find it.

The seat fabric is called ALCANTARA.

You can always find cleaning/maintenance instructions at http://www.alcantara.com

To simplify things, click here: http://www.alcantara.com/en/ex...a.pdf
