Shouldn't the person's name be turned over to the right authorities so this guy can learn some kind of lesson? It would suck if this guy continues to sell and scam other people.

I don't see any conclusive evidence that he scammed R&D. I would say there's a REAL chance that he did, or he ended up with the parts that were scammed from R&D, but I highly doubt any of this would hold up in court.
And if I were TampaSI, I'd kick this guys *** for posting from my computer.
Anyhow, if it really was a scammer, the first thing I would do is to email RR that the account is being used for illegal purposes (sale of stolen goods). Of course for it to be effective you need to have the police present RR w/ a subpeona.
Every ISP works quite quickly once a subpeona has been issued, and really, they won't do **** until that happens.
