Default 5th Gen Suspension

I am in the market of replacing my shocks and springs for my 97 non-SH. Can someone give me some feedback on the best kinds? Price will also be a factor, since I dont want to spend too much.

I am currently on Tokico Illuminas 5 way adjustable and Tein H Springs. Springs are pretty close to stock ride height. Best upgrade so far!
