hey guys i need your help again i am buying an 86 accord hatchback with the 2brl carb 2.0L. the guy said it was a blown head gasket. it only has 66,XXX miles on it was it a common thing that happend on that year car or what?? and how would u be able to tell easy without ripping it apart??? PlZ HELP ASAP!!!!

 

That's not really a common problem, especially with that low of miles. You should see white smoke coming out of the exhaust if the headgasket is leaking, depending on the severity of the leak the car would be running poorly as well. Check out http://www.3geez.com to get more info.
