Default Wiring Harness - fix or kick

I got ahold of a 91 crx si shell only and had to throw an engine in it fast as other car is about to go. All I had was an 1.5 engine with tranny and engine wiring harness... from a 90' 4-dr. However of course the engine wiring harness doesn't fit the plug on the drivers side before it goes through the firewall. It plugs in everywhere else and I was hoping to make it easy and figure out what wires I need to plug from the original to my stock si plug? My Haynes manual doesn't help much. Thanks

You're going to have to do a MPFI conversion, but in reverse. There'll be a lot of modification involved in order for it to work properly. Not worth it.

That conversion would still affect it on the other side of the harness (drivers side)? I do have the DPFI harness, ecu, and parts. I had hoped it was just the difference from the civics harness to the crx's. If I were to grab a harness from a crx with the 1.5 engine, you are saying I would still have this problem, and have to try and convert? Everything is put together and this is my only problem before I am rolling.
